Mantra IAS Institute is an online coaching platform specialising exclusively in Indian Polity and Constitution for competitive exams including UPSC Civil Services Examination, State PCS, SSC, CDS, NDA, CLAT, and 35+ other examinations across India.

The platform is founded and taught by Tejas Rajgor, a super-specialist in Indian Polity and Constitution with over 10 years of teaching experience at leading institutions such as StudyIQ, Raus IAS, and Career Launcher. Tejas Rajgor holds B.COM, MBA, and LLB qualifications and has dedicated his entire teaching career to this single subject, making Mantra IAS a uniquely specialised platform in India.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mantra IAS website, official application, and all associated services, content, and course materials.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mantraias.com or downloading and using the App ( iOS & Android)od Mantra IAS Institute , you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

Mantra IAS Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

This platform is open to all students preparing for UPSC, State PCS, SSC, CDS, NDA, CLAT, and any other competitive examination that includes Indian Polity and Constitution in its syllabus.
You must be a valid registered user with accurate personal details to access paid course content.
Mantra IAS Institute reserves the right to verify user details and reject or terminate accounts with false or incomplete information.

4. User Account and Login

Each registered account is strictly for individual personal use only.
Login sharing is strictly prohibited. You must not share your username, password, or access credentials with any other person.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at info.mantraias@gmail.com or call 98001-98005.
Mantra IAS Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found sharing login credentials.

5. Course Access and Permitted Use

Upon purchasing a course plan, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access the course content for the validity period of your chosen plan:

Basic Plan (₹99) — 1 month validity
Standard Plan (₹999) — 1 year validity
Premium Plan (₹9,999) — 1 year validity with mentorship

All three plans include access to the Master Course on Indian Polity and Constitution — the same subject taught by Tejas Rajgor across all plans.

Permitted use:

Watching video lectures on the official app or website (www.mantraias.com) for personal study.
Accessing PDFs, PYQs, tests, and study material provided within your plan.
Attending live or doubt-clearing sessions as included in your plan.
Downloading lectures within the app for offline viewing on your personal device only.

Prohibited use:

Screen recording of any video lecture, live session, or platform content is strictly prohibited.
Sharing, redistributing, uploading, or broadcasting any course content on any platform is strictly prohibited.
Using course content for commercial purposes, resale, or teaching is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorised reproduction of any material — including notes, PDFs, or question banks — is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on mantraias.com and the Official App — including video lectures, PDFs, study notes, PYQs, test questions, graphics, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mantra IAS Institute and Tejas Rajgor.
All rights are reserved under applicable Indian copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
Violations of intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

7. Payment and Refund

All course fees are collected through secure payment gateways at the time of enrolment.
Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

8. Account Termination

Mantra IAS Institute reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances:

Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Sharing of login credentials with another person.
Screen recording or unauthorised distribution of course content.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the platform.
Non-payment or disputed payments.

Upon termination, your access to all course content will cease immediately. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts where the violation is confirmed.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Mantra IAS Institute provides course content for educational purposes only.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Mantra IAS makes no warranty that the content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific examination outcome.
Results in competitive examinations depend on multiple factors beyond course content. Mantra IAS Institute does not guarantee selection or success in any examination.

5. कोर्स एक्सेस और अनुमत उपयोग (Course Access and Permitted Use)

कोर्स प्लान खरीदने पर आपको अपने चुने हुए प्लान की वैधता अवधि के लिए सीमित, गैर-हस्तांतरणीय, व्यक्तिगत लाइसेंस प्रदान किया जाता है:

बेसिक प्लान (₹99) — 1 माह की वैधता
स्टैंडर्ड प्लान (₹999) — 1 वर्ष की वैधता
प्रीमियम प्लान (₹9,999) — 1 वर्ष की वैधता और मेंटरशिप सहित

तीनों प्लान में तेजस राजगोर द्वारा पढ़ाए जाने वाले भारतीय राजव्यवस्था और संविधान के मास्टर कोर्स तक पहुँच शामिल है।

अनुमत उपयोग:

व्यक्तिगत अध्ययन के लिए ऐप या mantraias.com पर वीडियो लेक्चर देखना।
अपने प्लान में दिए गए PDFs, PYQs, टेस्ट और अध्ययन सामग्री तक पहुँचना।
अपने प्लान में शामिल लाइव या डाउट-क्लियरिंग सेशन में भाग लेना।
केवल अपने व्यक्तिगत डिवाइस पर ऑफलाइन देखने के लिए ऐप में लेक्चर डाउनलोड करना।

प्रतिबंधित उपयोग:

किसी भी वीडियो लेक्चर, लाइव सेशन या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म सामग्री की स्क्रीन रिकॉर्डिंग पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है।
किसी भी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म सामग्री को साझा करना, पुनर्वितरित करना, अपलोड करना या प्रसारित करना सख्त मना है।
कोर्स सामग्री का व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यों, पुनर्विक्रय या अध्यापन के लिए उपयोग सख्त मना है।
नोट्स, PDFs या प्रश्न बैंक सहित किसी भी सामग्री का अनधिकृत पुनरुत्पादन सख्त मना है।

6. बौद्धिक संपदा (Intellectual Property)

8. खाता समाप्ति (Account Termination)

निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में मंत्रा आईएएस संस्थान आपके खाते को निलंबित या स्थायी रूप से समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है:
